Newton 11+ exam format is fully aligned with the Buckinghamshire Secondary Transfer Test used by 13 Grammar schools within the region.

GL Assessment · Paper 1 55 minute English and Verbal Reasoning paper. English section includes a 5 minute practice section followed by a 25 minute test. The Verbal Reasoning section includes a 5 minute practice section followed by a 20 minute test. Paper 2 55 minute Mathematics and Non-Verbal Reasoning paper. The first section includes Non-verbal and spatial reasoning, this consists of 5 subtests lasting 5 minutes each.
